The quintessential "complete" project, involving all 4 MK studios (motion, creation, interaction, rental) and all areas of expertise (bar one).
The event announced the rebranding of the Mestdagh group of supermarkets to Carrefour Market Groupe Mestdagh for 1500 employees of the group.
A film unit was used to shoot client and employee videos, and the "story" of the planting of a tree (the symbol of the event) and the motion studio delivered the concept and the editing of a movie about the 112 years of Mestdagh grocery shops.
For the event itself, we created stage design, the event identity, graphic design for all event collaterals, speaker content management, large-screen keynote presentations, video animations and LED-strip video feeds (the LED strip ran around and on the stage and connected to a visual element (a tree) used throughout the show on the 10x18m screen).
Furthermore, we provided management of all communication campaigns (invitations, registration website, emailings).
