On Saturday, May 10th, 2025, more than 17,200 visitors stepped inside the Berlaymont building in Brussels for Europe Day 2025, an open doors celebration hosted by the European Commission. Inspired by the historic Schuman Declaration of May 9th, 1950, this annual event marks the symbolic birth of the European Union—and invites citizens to discover how Europe shapes their everyday lives through a selection of key EU policies and programmes.

Manythink collaborated closely with Sirena Comms—who led on event concept creation, content production, and logistics— SharingBox for the Photo Booth experience — and ICF Next, who oversaw the overall project. Our agency was responsible for the global visual design and the production follow-up of all visuals, shaping a vibrant and coherent visitor experience from start to finish.

From event visual identity and the design of all content panels (over 200) to production follow-up and on-site IT support, we ensured every visual element served a clear purpose: making complex EU policies accessible, engaging, and meaningful for a wide audience. Our approach combined precision with creativity to create a cohesive visitor journey—thoughtful, informative, and never dull.
